Owner of Mortgages by Heather Wall I set up the business following a successful career in Banks and Building Societies. I wanted to continue my career in financial services whilst enabling me to have a good work life balance juggling being a mum to my daughter Mollie, whilst also continuing to work in the Financial Services sector. Setting up my own Directly Authorised business with the Financial Conduct Authority has enabled me to achieve this.

From the time that I qualified back in 1998 I have always had a passion for helping clients either to help them save money or pursue their dreams of purchasing their next home. Developing relationships with clients and seeing clients achieve their goals is the most rewarding part of the job that my team and I deliver. Over the years between us all at Mortgages by Heather Wall we have helped thousands of clients in ways that suit their individual needs. Whether it’s buying your first home, improving the home you are in, buying that first rental property to build for your future or quite simply reviewing your mortgage and protection requirements, we are all here to help!!

Outside of the day to day office I enjoy spending time with my daughter and watching her in her passion which is horses and also enjoying time with family and friends. I really love my new blended family environment consisting of my daughter Mollie, my very supportive partner Simon, and his daughter Violet along with our two dogs. The only time you possibly would not get hold of me is when I am enjoying a little downtime at a spa which I love to do from time to time.

I started my career in High street banking and moved onto Moneymarket and currency trading, I worked overseas in financial services and have worked for Fund managing companies before coming over to mortgages.
It is my responsibility to get your case through to offer and then onto Completion.
I have a strong sense of responsibility to the clients and am more than happy to go the extra mile to get the cases completed with the minimum of fuss.

My family and friends are the most treasured parts of my life. I’m Lorraine and I live at home with my hubby of 25 years and our 4 fur babies. 2 teeny weeny chihuahuas and 2 enormous British Shorthair cats! I love travelling and have been lucky enough to visit many different countries. My favourite trip being a safari in Tanzania (it’s all about the animals).
